The Coaching Process:
Even though every client is different, our coaching calls will encompass the following process:

First, I will help you to clarify your vision and goals. If you’re not quite sure what you want to focus on, I have tools and resources to help you figure it out.

Next, we’ll uncover anything that is currently holding you back. By clearly identifying your concerns, fears and obstacles, we can develop strategies to deal with them.

Then, we will break your goals into small steps. Focusing on these smalls steps makes it easier for you to achieve your goals.

From there, we’ll create an action plan that’s designed with your life in mind.

Through our coaching calls, I will help you to stay motivated and on track.
